1 lb ground sausage
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp flour
2 cartons (64 ozs total) chicken broth
6 russet potatoes, cut into slices
1 c heavy cream
6 c torn kale pieces

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook sausage in soup pot over medium heat with onion and garlic.
2. Sprinkle flour over mixture and stir. Pour in chicken broth and bring to boil. Add potatoes and cook for 20 minutes until potatoes are fork tender.
3. Reduce heat to low and stir in cream and kale. Cook for 5 minutes and serve hot.
