1½ lb. ground beef
1 - 6 ¼ oz. pkg. beef Stove Top Stuffing mix
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 - 12 oz. jar beef gravy
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°. Mix meat, stuffing mix, eggs onion and 1 ¼ c. water. Shape into 1” meatballs. Bake 20 minutes. Mix beef gravy and sour cream in a large saucepan. Add meatballs, mix lightly. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
