1 chicken, boiled and boned
3 T. butter
3 T. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Chopped onion or ½ t. onion salt
1 small jar green chilies
1 small jar pimentos (opt)
2 c. shredded cheddar or jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine everything but cheese; bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Add cheese and bake 10 minutes longer. Serve with rice.
