3 cups water
¾ cup chunky Picante salsa
1 T. ground Cumin
½ tsp. Kosher salt
3 cups minute rice

Directions:
Directions:
In 2½ quart saucepan add water, salsa, Cumin and salt. Bring
to a boil. Add rice, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to med-low,
cover and simmer for one minute. Remove from heat and let
stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. Makes 6 to 8
servings.
