2¼ cups water
2 T. butter(optional)
½ cup chunky salsa
1 T. cumin
1 cup long grain rice

In 2 quart saucepan combine ingredients, bring to a boil on medium high heat. Reduce heat to med-low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
