Ingredients: 7 oz. butter, softened ½ cup sugar 1¼ cups standard flour 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1½ cups cornflakes walnuts (optional)

Directions: |
Directions:Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy (best to use an electric mixer). Sift flour and cocoa. Stir into creamed mixture. Fold in cornflakes until just combined. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper and lightly spray all over with cooking spray. Spoon mounds of mixture (about 2 T each) onto tray, gently pressing the mixture together into a ball shape. Flatten a little with a fork. Bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes or until set. When cold, ice with chocolate icing and decorate with a walnut if desired. |

Ingredients: 2 cups confectioners sugar 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder ¼ teaspoon butter 2 Tablespoons water ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence

Directions: |
Directions:Sift confectioners sugar and cocoa into a bowl. Add butter, then add sufficient water to mix to a spreadable consistency. Flavor with vanilla essence. |
