Ingredients:  
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained
1 can (15 oz.) kernel corn, drained
1 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1 to 2 avocados, cut and diced
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered


3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Juice of 2 limes
Dash salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beans, corn, onions, pepper, avocado, cilantro and tomatoes. In a small bowl combine oil, cumin, lime juice, salt and pepper. Add to bean mixture and combine. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
