6 boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Sauce
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 ¼ cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (8oz.) can tomato sauce
1cup mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Place foil in 9x13 inch baking pan. Spray with cooking spray. Pound chicken. In a small bowl combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. In another bowl beat eggs. Place four In another bowl. Coat each breast in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs. Place in baking dish. Bake chicken for 20 minutes.

While chicken in cooking melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour. Whisk in milk and bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes to thicken. Add seasonings.

Turn over each chicken breast in baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Drizzle with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake for additional 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy!
