Ingredients:  
2 large heads of broccoli, cut in flowerettes (do not cook)
8 oz grated cheddar cheese
8 oz bacon, fried or baked, crumbled
¼ - ½ sliced red onion

Dressing:
2 cups mayonnaise (I use a mix of light and regular mayonnaise)
4 tbsp vinegar
¾ cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Toss salad ingredients and set aside.
Mix dressing ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
Put dressing on tossed broccoli salad right before serving.
