1lb Angle hair pasta
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 small onion diced
1 clove of garlic minced
2-3 summer yellow squash sliced in one quarter sized rounds
2-3 zucchini in one quarter inch rounds
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 pint cherry tomatoes sliced in half or quarters
1 tablespoon fresh chives minced
1 tablespoon fresh tarragon minced
1 tablespoon fresh basil roughly torn

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pasta according to directions.
Heat olive oil in large sauté pan med/high heat.
Add onion and garlic.
After 3-4 minutes add squash and zucchini to pan and sauté until tender, 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in tomatoes and cook for a few minutes just enough to heat them through.
Toss with tarragon and basil but do not leave on heat more than a minute
Add pasta to the pan and toss to combine.
Serve with fresh basil and parmesan cheese on the side.
