1 large box of lime jello
1 large box of lemon jello
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 large container of cottage cheese
1 cup mayo ( optional)
1 large can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the boxes of jello with the 2 cups of boiling water. Mix well until the jello is dissolved well. Add the 1 cup of cold water. Mix well. Put into the ice box until it is syrupy. In another bowl mix cottage cheese, sweetened condensed milk, mayo, drained crushed pineapple, and nuts. Once the jello is syrupy, add to the other ingredients. Mix all ingredients well then, pour into two 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Chill for 3 hours or until the jello is set up.
