1 c. luke warm water
¼ c. sugar
½ tsp. salt
½ tbsp. dry yeast
1 egg beaten
2 tbsp. oil
3½ c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Pour water into mixing bowl, sprinkle yeast on water then add the sugar and salt, let sit for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, beat egg and oil together. Add egg mixture to yeast mixture and mix. Add 1½ c. flour and mix, add 1¾ c. flour and mix. Cover and let rise until double in size. Turn out onto a floured surface, using the remaining ¼ c. flour. Knead a couple times and roll out dough, cut with a 3 or 4 inch circle cookie cutter. Add 6 tbsp. melted butter to the Bundt pan. Dip each dough circle in the butter and stack around in a ring (this bread will pull apart in slices, so you will have a ring of what looks like sliced bread) until all the dough is gone. Let rise until doubled in size. Preheat oven to 400º, bake for 20 minutes.
