1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 T. oregano
1 T. garlic powder
1 T. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 loaf dry bread cut into cubes (15-20 cups)
3 T. oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl mix Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, basil, salt and pepper; eat aside. In a large bowl toss bread cubes with oil, then toss with cheese-herb mixture until well mixed. Spread on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 225º for one hour or until crisp and lightly golden, stirring occasionally. Cool and store in a cool place, in plastic bags with ties. Will keep about one month.
