1/2 cup Light Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Horseradish
2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard

Mix above ingredients together well. Serve as a dipping sauce for cocktail shrimp or lump crabmeat (king crab works best for a special occasion). Sauce may be kept in a covered container for a relatively long time in the refrigerator. Recipe can be doubled or tripled - or more, depending on the crowd.

A great addition or alternative to cocktail sauce for seafood cocktail- I had this at a river boat restaurant on the Ohio River (thus the name) and concocted it upon my return.
