2 lb. ground beef
2 cloves, garlic, finely chopped
1 onion chopped
1 - 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 - 16 oz. can chili bean (use hot beans if you like it spicy)
1 -15 oz. can tomato sauce
2 Tb. chili powder
1½ tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Directions:
In a large skillet, brown ground beef, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add onions and garlic cook until meat is crumbled and brown. Drain any excess fat. Place beef mixture into crock pot along with remaining ingredients. Cook on low 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally. Taste to adjust seasonings.
