1 1/2 lbs Veal Cutlets, thinly sliced
1 cup Flour
1/4 lb Prosciutto, chopped
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Broth, Beef or Chicken
1 tablespoon Butter
1/2 lb Mushrooms, precooked in oil
1/2 cup Dry Marsala Wine
Parsley, chopped

Dredge veal cutlets in flour, shake off excess. Brown veal in olive oil, then drain oil. Add butter, prosciutto, mushrooms, and wine and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add broth and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
