1 Large Head of Broccoli
15 oz Can of Sliced Pitted Black Olives (drained)
1/2 Sweet Onion Thinly Sliced (optional)
16 oz Bottle of any Italian Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cut broccoli floretts and stems into bite size pieces (I usually peel the stems for better texture)

Add the remaining ingredients, stir and put into refrigerator overnight mixing a few times to be sure dressing is on every piece.

Broccoli will become a little tender after marinating in the dressing.
