Ingredients:
1 lb Lean ground meat
3 Red/Green/ or yellow bell peppers
2 cups Marinara
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 (10 oz) pkg Frozen spinach
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Bake in casserole dish butted up to one another so they don't fall over.

Cut peppers in half length-wise, and remove the seeds and ribs inside the peppers.

Set peppers on casserole dish.

Cook ground meat in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Stir and break up while it’s cooking. When meat is almost completely cooked through, add the sauce and seasonings to the pan.

Thaw and squeeze spinach dry. Add the thawed spinach and parmesan to the pan with the meat and stir until everything is well combined.

Scoop mixture into each pepper, 1/2 way up, add some shredded mozzarella cheese, then fill pepper to the top with mixture.

Top with a dab of Marinara sauce.

Serve on a bed of rice.
