Broccoli, cauliflower, potato, or any vegetable
salt, pepper, and a little garlic to taste
onion
⅓ cup oil
½ cup matzah meal
5 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil vegetable of choice until it is soft. Then, mash well.

2. Add salt, pepper, and garlic to mash.

3. In oil, dice and fry onion.d. Add onion to vegetable mash.

4. Add matzah meal and eggs.

5. Bake on 350º for 30-35 minutes until lightly browned.
