1 tbsp. gelatin
¼ c. cold water
1 can creamed chicken soup
1 can shrimp
⅓ c. dried celery
1 c. sour cream
⅓ c. diced green pepper
⅓ c. diced onion
½ c. salted mixed nuts
⅓ c. salad dressing
salt to taste
Dressing:
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
2 beaten eggs
dash cayenne
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat chicken soup and add gelatin which has been softened in cold water. Cool. Add shrimp, diced vegetables, nuts, and sour cream. Mix well. Turn into mold rinsed in cold water. Chill until set.
Dressing: Blend together mustard, salt, cayenne and sugar. Add to egg yolks, slowly add sour cream. Heat.
