1 18 oz box cake mix
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs

Recommended frosting:

2-3 cubes butter
1 8 oz cream cheese
dash lemon juice (to taste, up to 1/4 cup)
OR use vanilla (as preferred)

Powdered sugar (at least 2 pounds)


Directions:

Use a pampered chef large batter mixing bowl for best results.

You can also use any rounded bottom pan.

Grease & flour (or spray well with SPAM) your glass pan.

Using mixer mix all ingredients for 4 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.

BAKE 60-65 MINUTES AT 325º

My grandma made this cake AND she made crocheted toilet paper covers that looked the same. I love it! If putting a doll in the cake be sure to wrap the bottom half in saran before inserting. Decorate the top half with frosting to look like a dress. Have fun!
