Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 lbs. beef Ox Tails
1 1/2 cup All purpose flour, divided
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce ("W" sauce)
2 tbsp Kosher salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 cups beef broth
1 large yellow onion, sliced
4 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp salt
Beef and Pork rub

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse Ox tails, then set I cold water with a capful of lemon juice, rinse again, pat dry, place in bowl, pour W sauce over Ox tails, stir to coat W sauce over Ox tails. Sprinkle beef and pork rub over tails (as per your taste) and about 1/2 cup of flour, stir and coat Ox tails in the mixture.

In large skillet add oil and bring up to temp. Add tails and brown. Once browned place tails in crockpot, but do not turn it on.

Remove bigger charred pieces of tail from skillet, bring oil back up to temp. Slowly add remaining flour to oil, mixing thoroughly, stirring until lumps are gone. Slowly add beef broth and remove lumps, add kosher salt, minced garlic, and onions, stir, then pour over Ox tails in crockpot. Cook on high 6 - 8 hours. Check after 4 hours, then after 6 hours.
