Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Chicken:
2 pounds chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite sized pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
Salt (not much)

Pasta:
1 pound linguine pasta
3 1/2 cups chicken stock

Alfredo Sauce:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup butter
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1 pound broccoli florets, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken in oil until cooked white on all sides, about 8 to 10 minutes. Add the granulated garlic and salt to the pot. Cook for another 30 seconds, tossing as the chicken cooks in the seasonings.

Break the pasta in 1/2, and add to the pot - spreading evenly over the chicken. Pour the chicken stock into the pot over the pasta. Cook on high pressure for 9 minutes, and then do a natural release for 10 minutes.

Prepare the alfredo sauce. Whisk the flour, cream, and bouillon together. Add the pepper. Heat to a boil, and then reduce to a simmer. Let simmer for a few minutes. Add the cheeses. Stir until they melt.

Combine the chicken, alfredo sauce, and cooked broccoli. Allow it to sit in the pot for a few minutes to thicken.
