1 large onion, diced finely
4 tbsp chicken fat or vegetable oil
3 stalks celery, diced finely
˝ large green pepper, diced finely
˝ cup shredded carrot
˝ cup mushrooms
3 cups matzah farfel
2 eggs
˝ tsp garlic
1 tsp salt
paprika
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sauté onion for two minutes. Add celery, green pepper, and carrots.

2. Stir over heat for five minutes.

3. Add matzah farfel and mushrooms and stir for one minute.

4. Add eggs to mixture and stir.

For Kugel: add can chicken, 1˝ cups water, and mix. Pour into greased casserole and bake.
