2 cup sugar
2 T flour
2 1/2 cups pineapple juice
1 T lemon juice
2 eggs well beaten
2 T butter

2 - 12 oz cans pineapple tidbits
2 - 11 oz. cans mandarin oranges
1 - 11 oz. can crushed pineapple
16 oz. Carton cool whip
1 1/4 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup coconut.

Directions:
Directions:
Combing sugar, flour, Stir in the pineapple juice and eggs. Cook until thick, strain if necessary. Add the lemon juice and butter and chill. Cook one 16 oz pkg. Ancini De' Pepe macaroni in 1 T salt. Cook for 8 minutes. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain well. Add macaroni to the dressing and chill in a air tight container over night. Drain and fold into macaroni the following:
2 - 12 oz. cans pineapple tidbits
2 11 oz. cans mandarin oranges
1 11 oz. can crushed pineapple
16 oz. Carton cool whip
1 1/4 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup coconut.
