3 egg yolks
3 T sugar
3 T vinegar
1 pt whipping cream
1 cup grated cheese (mild)
1 lb. marshmallows cut in small pieces.
1 large can pineapple, cut in small pieces and well drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cook egg yolks, sugar and vinegar until thick, cool, and add whipped cream, grated cheese, marshmallows and pineapple.
Blend ingredients together with two forks. Put in refrigerator in a covered dish. Let stand 12 hours 48 hours are better. Just before serving, mix over again with two forks.
Margaret uses 1 1/2 cups grated cheese.
