2 Lbs. Chicken Breast
3 cloves garlic
1tsp salt and pepper
1tsp Oregano
4tsp dry white Wine
2 Bay Leave
4tbs Olive Oil
2 tsp Greek seasoning
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
6 Pita Bread
Tzatziki Sauce (yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt and white pepper, dill).
Tomato

Taztziki Sauce:

Grate the cucumber make sure that you drain the cucumbers very well add chopped garlic olive oil white wine vinegar s&p, and chopped dill stir well and refrigerate.

Chicken Souvlaki:
Cut the chicken breast in cubes and marinate with olive oil, garlic, bay leave, lemon, oregano, s&p for 3 hours.
Add the chicken in a skewer, and heat the grill medium high.
Place chicken skewers on grill turn skewers evenly to cook on all sides, when done transfer them to a platter and squeeze some lemon.
Pita Bread:
Brush with olive oil, garlic powder salt and pepper and oregano, put them on the grill couple of minutes turn the other side for couple of minutes as well.

In a platter add pita chicken on top shredded lettuce, tomato, onion and top it with tzatziki sauce.
