1 (16 oz.) Bob Evans sausage cooked, crumbled, drained
4 green onions, sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 cups half & half or milk
1 cup all-purpose baking mix (like Bisquik)
Other additions: tomatoes, parsley, peppers, etc.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Place sausage in lightly greased 2 quart round or 9 x 12" baking dish. Top with onions & cheese. Beat eggs, half & half, & baking mix with wire whisk until well blended. Pour over cheese. Bake 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. (If using a 9 x 12" baking dish, only 25-30 minutes needed.)
