Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 15 oz. cans garbanzo beans - rinsed and drained
2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 300 degrees. Wrap the garbanzo beans in a towel and lightly rolls around to loosen the skins off them. Discard the skins. Combine the beans with the remaining ingredients to coat them. Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 1 hour and 40 minutes...stirring them around every 20 minutes or so.

You want these beans dried out! Seems like a long time to bake...but do it. These are good, high-protein snacks and are gluten free. Keep in an air tight container once they are cooled. If you pack to soon, they will steam and get soggy. Not good!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Claire-bear, Ceeb the Weeb, Gooze....you are an amazing young woman! This picture commemorates your pre-Celiac disease days, enjoying IPA's and restaurant meals. Fear not, your Chef Momba/Jillbur continues to get better at certified, diligent, gluten-free cooking and avoiding all forms of cross contamination. This recipe would be a good snack to have on hand or take camping. I love you!
