2 packages yeast
4 ¼ cup lukewarm water
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup molasses
2 Tablespoons salt
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
4 cups med rye flour
Up to 8 cups white flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put warm water in large bowl and sprinkle yeast and sugar on top.
Let stand until yeast is dissolved (up to 40 min).
Add Molasses, salt, brown sugar and oil then mix well.
Stir in rye flour and your cups of white flour.
Begin kneading for 10 min, adding white flour as needed.
Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise in warm place for 2 hours or until doubled.
Form into four round loaves.
Let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 325, bake 45 minutes.
Cool loaves on rack.
Cover bread with towel while cooling.
