1 small bag fideo
1 stalk celery
1 small carrot
1 & 1/2 Tablespoons cooking oil
1 bunch cilantro chopped very fine
1 small onion chopped very fine
4 large fresh tomatoes chopped
chicken bouillon, about 2 tablespoons, black pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
4 or 5 cups of water.

Directions:
Directions:
Start by breaking fideo noodles, and brown them in the oil, (oil should be hot). Stir noodles constantly to keep them from burning. Noodles, should look light brown, and crunchy. Add all the other ingredient's, bring to a rolling boil then turn down heat and simmer until noodles are soft.
