2 Tbls butter
2 oz. thin spaghetti noodles broken into small pieces
1 cup long grain white rice
1¼ cup chicken broth
½ tsp thyme
½ Tsp minced dry onion
½ Tsp garlic powder
½ Tsp salt
1 tsp parsley flakes
¼ tsp turmeric, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients (except parsley) Set aside.
Set pressure cooker to sauté. Melt butter, add spaghetti and stir until toasted. Add rice and stir for additional 30 seconds. Add spice mixture and chicken broth and stir. Set pressure cooker on manual for 8 minutes. Set calve to seal. Once done, allow to natural release for 10 minutes. Fluff with forK, add parsley. Serve
