1 3/4 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
Pepper flakes
Minced garlic
Dill heads or dill seed
2 1/2 cup water
2 1/2 Apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup canning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water, vinegar, and salt to boiling. Place dill in bottom of pint jar. Pack beans in jar. Add 1/2 tsp minced garlic and 1/4 tsp pepper flakes to each jar. Pour hot vinegar mixture within 1/2 inch of top. Place lid on top. Process in boiling water for 10 minutes.
