½ lb sausage,, browned and drained
¼ cup finely chopped mushrooms
½ cup finely chopped green onion tops
¼ cup finely chopped celery
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp white wine

Preheat oven to 350º

Heat all ingredients except crepes for 2 minutes. Fill crepes that have been quartered and place face down on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and bake for 10 minutes.
