3 large chicken breasts, boned and split
8 oz whipped cream cheese with chives
1 tbsp butter
6 slices of bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Place split breasts between waxed paper and pound to 1/2 inch thickness. Spread about 3 tbsp cream cheese on each filet and dot with 1/2 tsp butter. Fold ends over filling. Wrap 1 slice bacon around each roll. Bake on top rack in 400 degree over 40 minutes or until chicken is tender. Broil about 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp and golden.
