Alaskan cod fillets (or salmon)

Per fillet:
2-3 tsp. dark miso paste
1 Tb EVOO or sesame oil
White sesame seeds

Greens:
Baby kale or spinach
1 c. chopped celery
2-3 cloves minced garlic
Tamari sauce
Oil for sauté

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil and miso. Marinate cod for 30 min. Preheat oven to 425º.

Bake for 8-10 min. Do not overcook. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Good served with sauteed greens/celery.
