½ lb of Chicken cut into strips
½ Cup Buttermilk
1 Extra Large Egg
½ Cup Flour
2 tsp Lowrey's Season Salt
2 tsp Lowrey's Garlic Salt
1 tsp Lowrey's Lemon Pepper
Vegetable Oil


Note: This might be a bit salty for some. Tone down the seasonings as needed.

1. Pour Vegetable Oil in a pan. Make sure it is about 2-3 inches deep.
2. Mix together the egg and buttermilk
3. Put chicken strips in the egg and buttermilk batter and let sit for at least 5 minutes
4. Mix Flour and Seasoning into a plate
5. Take chicken out of egg and buttermilk batter and put it on the flour mix. Ensure it is fully covered with flour mix
6. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides. Be sure to flip as needed.
