Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The butcher at Ingles grocery store told me how to make these so that they come out tender. He said the secret is cooking them at a low temp for a longer period of time. He often made these for his family.

The gravy this dish makes is absolutely delicious and the steaks are fork tender.
