Preheat oven 350º
Prepare a cookie sheet by greasing.

1 C shortening
1 C sugar
1 C Brown Sugar
2 eggs
1 C canned pumpkin
3 ½ C sifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp pumpkin spice

Cream first 4 ingredients together in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Drop by Teaspoon full on greased cookie sheet.
Bake each dozen 10-15 minutes.
