1 gallon cut up peppers (hot, mild, or any kind of pepper)
64 oz ketchup
3 cups sugar
2 cups vinegar
1 cup oil
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 bulb of garlic
5 or 6 lbs weiners

Directions:
Directions:
Cut peppers in rings or chunks. Mix the ketchup, sugar, vinegar, oil, black pepper, salt, and garlic in a large pan. Heat to boil and cook 15 minutes. Stir in the peppers and weiners in and boil for 15 to 30 minutes. Put in jars and seal. Hot water bath for 10 minutes.
