PECANS - 8 OZ
BUTTER- 2 TBSP MELTED
SALT

SPREAD PECANS ON COOKIE SHEET

DRIZZLE WITH MELTED BUTTER

SPRINKLE WITH SALT

BAKE 5 MINUTES 400º

TURN OVER FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES

ALL PURPOSE FLOUR- 1 CUP
PECANS- 1 CUP FINELY DICED TOASTED PECANS
SUGAR- 3 TBSP
BUTTER- 1 STICK ROOM TEMPERATURE
VANILLA - 1 TSP

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND ROLL INTO A BALL AND WRAP IN SARAN WRAP
REFRIGERATE DOUGH BALL FOR 30 MINUTES.

ROLL 1 INCH BALLS ON PARCHMENT PAPER

BAKE 15 MINUTES 350 DEGREES

LET COOL FOR 1-2 MINUTES

ROLL IN POWDERED SUGAR

AFTER THEY COOL IN 25 MINUTES - RE ROLL THEM IN POWDERED SUGAR
