4 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
2 cups ground almonds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.

2. Beat yolks well. Add sugar until the mixture is lemon-colored.

3. Add ground almonds, mix thoroughly. Chill at least 1 hour.

4. Shape pieces of mixture into small balls. Place on greased baking sheet. Top with ½ almond.

5. Bake for 10 minutes.
