4 matzahs
½ tsp salt
¼ cup margarine
½ cup chopped nuts
½ cup raisins
3 eggs
½ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2-3 apples, pared and chopped
margarine as needed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Break matzah and soak until soft. Drain, but do not squeeze dry.

2. Beat eggs with salt, sugar, margarine, and cinnamon.

3. Add matzah.

4. Stir in chopped nuts, apples, and raisins. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.

5. Dot top with additional margarine.

6. Bake in 350º oven for about 45 minutes.
