1½ sticks butter
1½ cups flour
¾ cup chopped pecans
8 ounces Cool Whip
8 ounces cream cheese
cup powdered sugar
2 small pkgs. instant Lemon pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients together and pat into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese, and powdered sugar together and spread on first mixture. Mix pudding with milk and mix until thick. Spread on above mixture and refrigerate. Can use different flavors of instant pudding.
