1 cup pepperoni slices, rounds cut in half
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º and grease a bundt baking pan.
Place all ingredients in a bowl except for the marinara sauce. Mix gently but well.
Pour into the pan and bake for 20 minutes, or until tops start to brown.
Cover pan with foil and continue cooking, checking inside dough bits every 5 minutes, to see if well baked. Baking covered should only take an additional 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven and loosen edges. Plate a plate on top of the pan and invert to remove. You can flip onto another plate if you choose to serve with top side up.
Pull part and enjoy after adding warmed marinara sauce in a small bowl placed in the middle.

You can choose to add a few black olives or cut mushroom pieces in the dough mix. This is a great appetizer for Football Sunday!
