Ingredients:  
1 lb Hamburger
2 Onions (medium, chopped fine)
1 C Celery (chopped fine)
1 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 C Catsup
3 T Mustard
1 tsp Salt
tsp Pepper
2 cans baked beans (1lb, 13 oz)
lb Bacon slices (for topping)
⅔ C Beef broth (can use 1 beef bouillon cube and ⅔ C water)

Fry bacon until crisp. Remove & drain pan. In same pan, cook meat, onion & celery until meat is brown and onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Cover and bake at 375 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Crumble bacon over beans and serve.

* No catsup? Combine 1 C tomato sauce or mashed canned tomatoes, 1 and 1/4 C Brown sugar, 2 T Vinegar, 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, and dash of ground clove and allspice.
