Graham Cracker Crust- Cook First!

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
⅓ c. sugar
6 tbsp. melted butter
tsp cinnamon (optional)

Key Lime Filling
4 yolks beaten
2-14 o sweetened condensed milk
1 c. fresh squeezed lime juice

For Crust:

Bake at 375 for 7 minutes

Cool for 1 hour

For Pie:

Combine all ingredients and pour in to the prepared pie shell
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes
Chill overnight for best results.
