2 C Carrots (cooked)
C Onion (rings)
2 T Margarine
1 T Flour
1 C Milk
S & P
1 tsp Sugar
⅓ C Bread crumbs (buttered)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease casserole. Layer carrots and onions. Melt margarine and stir in flour. When this bubbles, add milk, salt, pepper and sugar (to taste). Bring to a boil and pour over carrots. Cover, bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle bread crumbs on top and brown.
