Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. Ziti Noodles (Hollow Noodles)
1 lb. Sweet or Spicy Italian Sausage
4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 - 14 oz. Jar of Favorite Spaghetti Sauce
1 - 15 oz. Can Crushed Tomatoes
1 tsp. Salt
¼ c. Ketchup
¼ tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
2 Tbsp. Italian Seasonings
½ c. Grated Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
⅓ c. Chopped Fresh Basil
2 c. Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º and set the oven rack in the middle position.

Cook noodles according to package for al dente, about 7 minutes. Drain and add the pasta back to the pot and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sausage, breaking apart. Cook until lightly browned and cooked through. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the sausage to a plate and drain all but 1 tablespoon of the fat from the pan. Add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly about 1 minute. Add the sausage and the remaining ingredients, except the mozzarella cheese, back to the pan and simmer about 10 minutes.

Add the sauce to the pot with the pasta and gently stir to combine. Spoon half of the mixture into a 9x11 baking dish and sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese. Spoon the remaining pasta mixture on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Transfer to the oven and bake uncovered until the cheese has melted and browned, 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with additional basil and serve.
