Ingredients:  
1 can each, rinsed and drained:
Pinto beans
Black eyed peas
White corn
Diced pimentos

¼ cup chopped red onion
½ cup chopped green pepper
1 cup diced celery
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Dressing:
½ cup white vinegar
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the salad ingredients.

Dressing:
Boil the vinegar, oil and sugar and cool. Once cool, pour over bean mixture.
Let stand overnight for best flavor. Serve with scoop tortilla chips.
